Great screencast! I think it would've been cool to see a few screenshots of each website instead of just one per site.

The main thing that pops out and could use improvement it eh embedding of the screen cast... it really needs to be resized as it is distracting that half of your embedded screen cast is seen through your sidebar widgets. However, other than that little critism, it was an excellent screen cast offering useful material for the audience that you target.
